Every good home begins with a solid foundation — the story of Red Hill Homes is no different. Our founders, Steve Cauble (Partner/President of Operations), Geoff Cauble (Partner), and John Wray Hammond (Partner) all grew up with one thing in common: A LOVE FOR BUILDING.

In 2019, with a solid foundation of integrity, quality construction experience, and a love for homes and family, Steve, Geoff, and Wray teamed up to build something new. Red Hill Homes brings together their combined expertise into a single vision: Finely constructed homes where families can grow together, safe and sound.

A builder through and through, Steve has a proven record of building things that last - structures, relationships, teams and companies. With over 27 years of experience, Steve has built hundreds of homes across South Atlanta. As a builder, Steve believes that integrity and doing the right thing are the foundation of every home he builds and his character is shown in the quality it produces.

GEOFF CAUBLE
PARTNER

Growing up building with his Dad, Geoff developed his skill and love for homebuilding. As his skills increased it led him to help start a national commercial contracting firm with John Wray Hammond in 2005, where he holds contracting licenses in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Arizona and California. Together, they have built for world-class brands such as Louis Vuitton, Hermes, Gucci, Emilio Pucci, Jimmy Choo, Tory Burch and many more.

JOHN WRAY HAMMOND
PARTNER

Like Geoff, Wray began building homes with his Dad, only in the 1970’s, building homes in South Miami for rock stars. He quickly grew that experience into a career building luxury retail stores for the best brands in the world. Wray’s attention to detail, love for design, and practical understanding of construction informs all of his work.
